Tariff Includes:

Accommodation, full cooked breakfast, T2 teas, plunger coffee, daily newspaper, Internet connection (WiFi also) and use of all hotel facilities.

Exclusive use:

$1300 per night

Includes use of entire house and grounds, including 5 bedrooms (accommodates 10 guests) and full breakfast each morning as well as all the inclusions in the standard tariff. 

 

 

 

General Information:

We regret that because all bedrooms are located on the first floor we are unable to accommodate guests who cannot negotiate stairs. No smoking inside the building. Pets can not be accommodated, but we can recommend an excellent local kennel. Patrick's is unsuitable for children.

Booking Conditions:

Booking is not confirmed until a deposit of at least 50% of total tariff is received, within 7 days of making the booking. Check in time is after 3pm and check out time is 11am (please let us know your estimated time of arrival when booking). Early check-ins and late checkouts may be able to be accommodated, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Cancellation Policy:

Standard industry cancellation fees apply as follows:

Cancellations notified more than 7 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations notified 7 days or less prior to arrival, or no-shows, will be charged 100% of the total deposit if rooms are unable to be re-let, although bookings are fully transferable.
